Nancy Kennedy’s handwoven rugs are made of factory spun linen warp for strength and durability. The weft is made of long, well-wearing wool staple fibers.
The designs are woven on a shaft-switching lever loom which enables changing the threading while weaving. This offers the freedom of design to weave a “Summer and Winter ” structure which produces a reversible rug with a light and dark side.
